C. Cooke & Associates, Inc. – Founded 1977

Conway C. Cooke, CEO, founded C. Cooke & Associates (C&A) over 40 years ago in 1977. Mr. Cooke received his Civil Engineering Degree from California State University of Los Angeles in 1960 and later obtained his California State registration in both Civil and Structural Engineer. Mr. Cooke worked for the City of Los Angeles and City of Compton as the Chief Building Official from 1968 through 1977. His daughter, Tina Wilson, later followed in his footsteps in 1997 when she became staff at C&A. Matthew Wilson, son of Tina Wilson and grandson of Conway Cooke, has now joined the team in 2017 keeping up with his family’s legacy. C&A is a three-generation family-owned engineering company.
